Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Here's our cancellation policy for flights and memberships.
Flight Cancellations
- 48+ hours before departure: Full points refund
- 24-48 hours before departure: 75% points refund
- 12-24 hours before departure: 50% points refund
- Less than 12 hours: No refund
Membership Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Weather & Operational Cancellations
If a flight is cancelled by FlightClub or our aviation partners due to weather or operational reasons, you will receive a full points refund or the option to rebook on the next available flight.
